I started as an agent working for a local real estate broker then with his sponsorship I was able to get provisional real estate licence from there it was up to me how far I wanted to go.
Before my provisionary period was over, I held my permanent real estate license. Not long after that i knew I had to get my broker's license. Consequently I was working for myself under two different dba's. It went ok for a while but after the market starting to slow down I kinda took me with it. Today, I'm not sure if I'am in the right industry, I think the answer is obvious.
